Information
The strength of the connection using PWS REVERS-1S is regulated by the number of tightening rows, from two to ten, depending on the operating conditions (load, angle of inclination, temperature, etc.).
The quickness and speed of installation is ensured by the design of the fastener, tightening and breaking (shearing) of the protruding part of the bolt after tightening occurs from one side. After the repair of the conveyor belt with PWS REVERS-1S butt fasteners , the belt does not deform, takes its original shape due to the holes in the top plate, which ensure uniform tightening of all fasteners on the butt joint.
The PWS REVERS-1S fastener provides fast and convenient installation of a strong butt joint with a minimum number of installation tools and does not require highly qualified specialists. The butt joint using PWS REVERS-1S is repairable, and failed fasteners can be easily replaced.
