PWS-OPTIMA belt fastener
The PWS-OPTIMA fastener (one upper and one lower one-piece clamping plates) is the bestseller for joining longitudinal tears and cuts of a conveyor belt. This fastener is available in two sizes:
PWS-OPTIMA with a distance between the bolt axes of 54 mm., PWS-OPTIMA Mini with a distance between the bolt axes of 44 mm.
Has the same advantages as PWS-1. Perfectly replaces the repair of longitudinal tears and cuts in the tape by cold vulcanization.

Information
Due to the design of the bottom plate of the fastener, the rollers of the rollers and drums are not damaged, since the pressed nut does not protrude beyond the bottom plate and is flush with the bottom lining of the conveyor belt.
PWS-OPTIMA, due to its design, ensures maximum safety during installation. Holes in the top plate of the fastener provide a visual measure of optimal and sufficient tightening of each fastener. As soon as the top rubber of the conveyor belt fills the holes in the top plate of the fastener, the tightening force is optimal and the installation of the fastener is complete. This ensures an even butt joint over the entire width of the tape without wave formation, which increases the efficiency of its cleaning.
