Information
A new fastener that has been successfully tested in factories using closed conveyors and magnetic metal catchers. The strength of the connection using PWS Reverse-1SAA is regulated by the number of tightening rows, from two to ten, depending on the operating conditions (load, angle of inclination, temperature, etc.). The quickness and speed of installation is ensured by the design of the fastener, tightening and breaking (shearing) of the protruding part of the bolt after tightening occurs from one side. After the repair of the conveyor belt with PWS Reverse-1SAA butt fasteners , the conveyor belt does not deform, takes its original shape due to the holes in the top plate, which ensure uniform tightening of all fasteners on the butt joint. The PWS fastener Reverse-1SAA provides fast and convenient installation of a strong butt joint with a minimum number of installation tools and does not require highly qualified specialists. A butt joint using PWS Reverse-1BS is repairable, and failed fasteners can be easily replaced.
